Courtesy Photo | Randolph Times Randolph Public Schools was presented with the “Board of Excellence” award for 2026 at the Aug. 26 Nebraska Association of School Boards area membership meeting. This is a great recognition to the work RPS school board members make in supporting students and staff in the community of Randolph. Those present in receiving the award were Anson Dockhorn, Paul Schmit, Superintendent Daryl Schrunk, Chris Winkelbauer and Lucas Miller. Not pictured are Sandy Owens and Cody Backer. Also, Dockhorn and Winkelbauer received Level I recognition, and Miller received Level II recognition for their membership in NASB.
