HARTINGTON — The Cedar County Board of Commissioners approved a conditional use permit Tuesday, Aug. 11, for a Middle Mile Infrastructure fiber optic amplifier station following extended discussion about the project’s purpose, potential impact on nearby property and its benefit to the local community.
