Northeast Nebraska health department seeks nearly $3 million for lead-paint work in Cedar County

WAYNE — Cedar County homes could be among those eligible for lead-paint reduction services under a nearly $3 million federal funding request being prepared by the Northeast Nebraska Public Health Department.
