Laurel Community Blood Drive: Be a hero close to home

LAUREL – You don't have to wear a cape to save a life - you just have to show up. At the most recent Laurel Community Blood Drive, the community did exactly that, delivering real results: 23 units of blood collected from 16 donors - enough to help up to 69 local patients. One brand-new donor also stepped up for the very first time, joining the LifeServe Blood Center family and proving that heroes aren't found far away. They're found right here, close to home.
