Koch receives $1000 scholarship from NACO

LINCOLN — Kotner Koch, a 2026 graduate of Wynot High School, has been selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship awarded by the Nebraska Association of County Officials. There were 12 $1,000 scholarships awarded to the children and grandchildren of Nebraska county officials and employees. Koch plans to study diesel technology at Southeast Community College.
