Walter, Oligmueller play in NE Neb. All-Star game

NORFOLK - Cedar Catholic’s Addison Walter and Wynot’s Kenna Oligmueller played for separate teams in the 43rd annual Northeast Nebraska all-star basketball game played at Norfolk Catholic High School on June 5.

Oligmueller’s White team exploded for 52 points in the second half to break open a halftime tie of 33-33 to take the game 85-55.

Oligmueller tossed in four points on the night for the Light squad which was paced by Pender’s Hadley Walsh who scored 17. Sidonia Wattier Wattier of Norfolk Catholic added 16, Haley Kramer from Wayne scored a dozen and Omaha Nation’s Mikkel Parker scored 11.

Walter scored nine points for the Dark team which was led by O’Neill’s Bergyn Classen who had 11.
