CARROLL – NEBRASKA BANK is proud to announce that Tiffany Gatzemeyer, Vice President and Branch Manager of the Carroll, location, has been selected for the Nebraska Bankers Association (NBA) Leadership Program Class of 2028.
Gatzemeyer was chosen as one of 16 bankers statewide to participate in the prestigious two-year program focused on strengthening leadership, organizational, and professional skills among Nebraska banking leaders.
“Tiffany’s selection reflects her dedication to both our customers and communities,” said Chris Gray, NEBRASKA BANK President. “She leads with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others. We are excited to see her continue to grow through this outstanding program.”
Gatzemeyer has spent the past 18 years in banking, beginning her career as a teller while attending college. Today, she leads NEBRASKA BANK’s Carroll branch while serving as an agricultural, commercial, and consumer lender.
“The NBA Leadership Program is important to me because I’ve always believed you should never stop learning,” said Gatzemeyer. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue growing, strengthening my skills, and finding new ways to better serve the people in my community.”
Participants in the Leadership Class of 2028 will be recognized during the NBA Annual Convention held May 6–8 in La Vista as they begin their program journey.
