Classic Finish

Several area athletes left their mark in Norfolk Thursday night as they competed in the invitationonly Norfolk Classic. Cedar Catholic’s Kighter Wortmann (above) sprints to the finish line along side of Boyd County’s Will Nelson in the 800-meter run. Hartington-Newcstle’s Will Feilmeier (left) and Mason Lamprecht of Wakefield compete in the 200-meter dash at Thursday’s elite Norfolk meet. The meet featured the best area athletes in Class A, Class B, Class C and Class D all competing against each other.
