Speech Team members head to state

Wynot Speech Team, including Jace Lange, Blake Klug, Alic Wiebelhaus, Bentley Guenther and Trey Gowery, and coached by Nate Wieseler and Hope Steffen, had four entries qualify for state at the D1 District Speech Meet held in Wayne March 16. Bentley Guenther (Sophomore) placed 2nd in Humorous Prose; Blake Klug (Sophomore) placed 3rd in Humorous Prose; Alic Wiebelhaus (Sophomore) placed 3rd in Entertainment; and Bentley Guenther, Blake Klug, Alic Wiebelhaus, Jace Lange and Trey Gowery place 3rd in OID. They will be competing at the D1 State Speech Competition March 28, in Kearney, at Kearney High School.
