PLAINVIEW - Two members of the Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Bear and two members of the Lady Bear basketball teams were named to the Greater Northeast Activities Conference All-Conference teams by the conference coaches this past week.
Drey Puppe and Cade Johnson were named for the Bears and Rena Rasmussen and Kaida Eriksen were tabbed first-team for the Lady Bears.
Carlie Kvols was named to the GNAC honorable mention list for the girls.
Puppe is a sophomore and averaged 13.8 points per game along with 5.7 rebounds.
He also handed out an average of 1.5 assists and a couple of steals.
Johnson, a junior, averaged 13.2 points each contest and 5.7 rebounds every time he stepped on the court.
Rasmussen had a great junior season averaging a double-double with an average of just under 20 points per game and grabbing 13 rebounds.
Eriksen, also a junior averaged 14.5 points per game and 3.7 assists.
Kvols, an honorable mention honoree scored just under 10 points per game during her junior campaign on the hardwood.
She also dished out 2.7 assists per game, pulled down 4.5 rebounds and swiped 2.1 steals.
