Local students graduate from Northeast Community College

NORFOLK — Several area students have earned associate degrees and certificates this May from Northeast Community College.

These include the following LCC graduates: Makayla Forsberg, Associate of Applied Science Degree in Agriculture – Agribusiness; Austin Hall, Associate of Applied Science Degree in Agriculture – Diversified Agriculture; Fischer Carson, Diploma and Certificate – Drafting.

Erwin graduates from UNL

LINCOLN — Trey Erwin, Laurel, was one of more than 3,500 students to graduate from the University of Nebraska Lincoln during commencement exercises May 19-20.

He graduated from the College of Architecture,Master of Architecture. The 3,669 graduates are from 59 countries; 47 states, the District of Columbia and Guam; and more than 240 Nebraska communities.

The Bob Devaney Sports Center hosted a ceremony for students earning graduate and professional degrees May 19; Memorial Stadium hosted a ceremony for undergraduates May 20; and the Lied Center for Performing Arts hosted a ceremony for law graduates May 20.
