John Cook

John Cook
Rob Dump | Laurel Advocate

Former University of Nebraska Cornhusker volleyball coach John Cook spoke to about 350 people at Sunday night’s Laurel Chamber Community Club Agriculture and Business Appreciation Banquet. Cook handed out advise about everything from horses to leadership and — of course —volleyball. He called LCC volleyball player Tyler Recob up to the podium to help him make a point during his 75-minute talk. He also took time to pose for pictures, and provided some autographed books and volleyballs, which were then raffled off.
