RANDOLPH — The holiday spirit is alive and shining bright at the Lied Randolph Public Library this December. As the year winds down, the library wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to all its wonderful patrons. Your warm Christmas wishes, kind words, and thoughtful gifts to the library have filled our season with joy. Your support is truly the best present we could receive.
The month kicked off with a cheerful and Holiday Open House, where visitors enjoyed delicious Christmas goodies, crafted handmade ornaments, and explored exciting demonstrations in our MakerSpace. We are grateful to everyone who stopped in to celebrate with us. A special congratulations goes out to our door prize winners: Jo Kilburn, Lois Rasmussen, Lynelle Schrunk, and Brooke Schmit.
The festivities continue as we look forward to a magical visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus on Saturday, Dec. 20, from 9–11 a.m. Children are invited to stop by and share Christmas wishes, create a festive photo frame, sample some “reindeer food,” and enjoy a variety of other holiday activities.
Throughout the month, patrons can also browse our displays of Christmas books and movies, perfect for cozy evenings at home. And don’t forget to check out some of the many new books now available on our shelves— there’s something for every reader on your list, including yourself!
From all of us at the Lied Randolph Public Library, thank you for making our season merry and bright. We wish you a joyful December and look forward to celebrating the holidays with you.
