Thieves take cash, cigarettes from Cubbys

LAUREL — Laurel police are investigating a break-in at Cubby’s Convenience store.

The Cedar County Sheriff’s office received a call from Cubby’s Monday morning to report that someone had robbed the store.

The store manager called to report the door was open and the alarm was off.
