District Judge Sidney T. Frum, sustained the motion at the court session here Monday, and granted the plaintiff a new trial. The petition had set forth 121 reasons why a new trial should be granted. The number of reasons and the length of the petition set a new record in the court here.

LAUREL -The Laurel Hog Buying Center this past week shipped their 4,500th hog in a rail shipment. This industry has been in operation a little over one month and the above figure shows the immense operation has mushroomed to unbelievable proportions in a short time.
As many as 450 head of hogs have been purchased in one day.
