All-State Nebraska Children’s Choir

LCC fourth grader Naomi Badley and fifth grader Kyson Garcia were nominated and selected to perform in the 2025 All-State Nebraska Children’s Choir during the NMEA All-State weekend Nov. 20-22. The students will head down Wednesday to Lincoln and spend all day Thursday rehearsing with legendary and prolific choral composer Victor C. Johnson of Texas. Johnson composed one of their performance songs. They will end the day with a concert at 4 p.m. at the Lied Center of Performing Arts in Lincoln. Tickets are available for those who want to attend.
