Local thrift store makes its first community donation

LAUREL — The new Logan Creek Vintage & Thrift Store has made its very first community donation — a contribution to the Laurel VFW Club.

The funds will help support the ongoing Veterans Memorial Project, which honors local men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces.

“This project is such a meaningful way to honor our veterans and show our appreciation for their service,” said a representative from Logan Creek Vintage & Thrift. “We’re grateful to be able to give back to a cause that means so much to our community.”

Logan Creek Vintage & Thrift operates as a community-based nonprofit, with proceeds from sales going right back into local projects and organizations.

The new thrift store is located in downtown Laurel and continues to welcome donations, volunteers, and shoppers who share in its mission to show their support for the community.
