Cards pickup football forfeit

RANDOLPH - Randolph improved to 2-5 on the season without setting foot on the football field on Oct. 10 when the Cardinals received a forfeit from Walthill.

The Blujays have forfeited four of the seven games on their slate this season.

Officially it goes in the books as a 1-0 win for Randolph.

The Cards will finish the regular season on the road Oct. 17 when they travel to Winside to take on the 4-3 Wildcats.
