Taxing discussion

Taxing entities that exceed a state-mandated lid are required to attend the meeting to give taxpayers an opportunity to discuss their budgets and tax asking. Representatives from Cedar County, as well as the cities of Laurel, Randolph and Hartington were all required to attend the meeting.
