LAUREL — Enrollment at LCC schools is on the rise.
The latest enrollment figures show an increase of eight students enrolled in LCC schools this year.
LCC Supt. Jeremy Christiansen said their were 401 students enrolled at LCC for the 2024-25 school year and 408 students this year.
The elementary school and middle school both saw increases this year, while the high school saw an eight-student drop.
The future looks bright at LCC as the largest two classes in the school are the preschool and kindergarten. There are 48 preschoolers enrolled this year and 37 kindergartners. This year’s junior class also has 37 students.
