Read moreThe Cedar Catholic High School class of 1973 celebrated their 50th class reunion Sept. 9 at Felber Park. Classmates and guests spent the day laughing, reminiscing, and catching up. Most came from areas in Nebraska and South Dakota. Some traveled from as far away as Florida, Arizona, Colorado, and Missouri. She received a medal, a certificate of completion, her final prize and a free book from the library for this accomplishment. Lucia is 4 years old and will attend Kindergarten at Holy Trinity Grade School the fall of 2025.

Read moreHARTINGTON — The Lewis and Clark Natural Resources District (LCNRD) Board of Directors approved the fiscal year 2024 budget with an increase in the overall expenses to $2,493,772. The property tax requirement for the three-county area is $0.027643 per $100 of actual valuation, a five percent increase from fiscal year 2023. The Board is committed to protecting and conserving natural resources through responsible use of tax dollars.
