Triple Crown

Triple Crown

Homecoming

All three northern Cedar County high schools held their Homecoming celebrations over the weekend. Hartington-Newcastle and Cedar Catholic held a joint Homecoming parade through downtown Hartington Friday. After the parade, HNS held its coronation ceremonies in the school gym, crowning Isaac Santiago and Hazel Hochstein as the 2025 Homecoming King and Queen. HNS then held its Homecoming dance on Saturday night. Cedar Catholic held its coronation ceremonies after their Friday night football game, crowning Langston Christensen and Breah Steffen as the 2025 Homecoming king and queen. Wynot also held coronation ceremonies Friday, crowning Haley Wieseler as Homecoming Queen and Justin Heimes as Homecoming King. For more photos from the three events, check out the photo pages inside this week's issue of the Cedar County News.
