The first activity was “skip day.” Thirty-five of the 38 seniors were driven to Sioux City where they spent the morning visiting city hall, the fire department, and the bomber plant. After lunch they spent the afternoon rollerskating on the floor of the Rigadon ballroom. In the evening they attended a movie.
