Hish enters City Council race

HARTINGTON — There will be a race for at least one of the two open Hartington City Council seats.

Long-time Hartington resident Joe Hish filed Tuesday for the four-year term in the South District.

The seat is currently held by Deb Addison. Addison was appointed to the Board to replace Ed Bottolfsen. She is seeking her first full term in office.

Tim Burbach is also up for election. But no one has yet filed to take on Burbach for his North District seat.
