HARTINGTON — The Cedar Catholic Lady Trojan volleyball team improved to 4-9 on the year during recent action. Cedar fell to MidState foe Pierce in four sets Tuesday. HARTINGTON — Alltel will have to wait on word if they will be able to put up a tower here. A representative from Alltel has approached the city asking to put a cellular tower on the Hartington water tower, but at both of the regular Hartington City Council meetings in September the request was tabled.
